I have to share some information I wish I had known when I was your age. Working on the floor is very damaging to your back and can do irreversible damage to your sciatic nerve, especially for top-heavy ladies. I suffer horribly with pain now I am in my fifties. I was very annoyed when I found out that if I had been working on a table and not on the floor for most of my life I wouldn't be in pain now. I hope you take this as the kindness it is and know I am trying to help you in the further.
I understand what you are saying, and don't take this as anything other than kindness. Unfortunately I have health problems and injuries that become aggravated when I use tables for projects (either sitting or standing). I have found the floor to be the most comfortable place to work, but I have seen the effects it can have on your back myself as well. I try to limit my back pain with good posture, stretching, and low-impact exercises But I've found the best way to limit back pain while working on the floor is to bend at the hips rather than the waist and to keep your back straight, like when you do yoga and Pilates. This helps protect your spine from long-term damage and releases tension that builds up in your hips when sitting for long periods. Coupling this with taking breaks to stretch reduces the most amount of pain for me Alas, I have yet to figure out a way to reduce neck and shoulder pain while ironing 😮💨 I haven't talked a
Super cute with yhe lace underlay
Thanks! I think wearing it with the swimsuit coverup underneath is my favorite aesthetic of the different ways I styled it. I love layers!
