My main issue with batman who laughs is he doesn't look like joker or batman aside from the mouth and cowl ears. Nor does he honestly have anything all that reminiscent of Bruce or Joker's personalities. He's basically just an edgy cenobite. But also an extremely OP evil alternate batman, which honestly is even more annoying to me than evil alternate supermen.
