9/10. In my opinion easily a playoff team as long as Levis and the play calling performs. Which I believe in both. The defense is stacked and can pretty much say the same about the offense. If the coaching and system pans out this can be one of the best teams in the league. There's not many rosters in the league that are better imo. There's no true holes at any position. The holes that can be pointed out is a few average starters. Just a few average starters. That says a lot.
Watching his film. His lateral quickness and evading blockers is top tier. Dude can bounce out all the way to the left side of the line to evade a block and still come back to the middle to stop a run or pressure a pass within seconds.
Something happened behind the scenes and he got run out of town and both sides are taking the high road. They could have kept him and gotten a 4th round compensatory pick after this season so makes no sense to trade him now for a bag of chips. He's also been nursing a bad knee since OTA's.
Kenneth Murray & Ernest Jones at ILB in TN's 3-4 & Nickel 2-4-5 is gon produce passrush. Both will hve 5 sacks or more. J Simmons needs to win DPoY this yr! T. Sweat=DRoY
If Ran played fantasy football, he'd be at the bottom of the waiver wire every week😅. I'm a Titans fan so hopefully Jones works out. No shade on BIG Jeff, but alot of Ernest Jones's run stopping or 3rd down blitzing, was made possible by #99 THE AD😳
We assume Titans will extend him, but we also assumed titans would extend Al-Shaiir. Ran may be of same opinion as Rams that LBs are dime a dozen. I would assume the Rams let him go because he wants too much money and rather develop younger lbs. For the draft capital we gave up, it wouldn’t matter if we resigned him or not. It’s a great pickup for the team.
Your 1st reaction is "Ran Carthon has to stop trading a 3rd round pick for every player he likes." Lololol. That comment is like wiping your butt before you poo. It don't make sense.
It makes sense, ran has been trading second day picks for players… titans roster is a bought roster and may be good for one year or two but to have long term success in the nfl you need to grow your team through the draft. It means titans will be constantly paying veterans rather than hitting on draft picks and having rookie contracts to build around. Go look at the bucs im pretty sure they drafted 20/22 starters and have really good cap space to pay super star players. Teams that buy their rosters can have short term success but it won’t last unless you have draft picks to build when those players age or get injured…
@derekmarks1479 lol he has been GM for 2 years, but somehow he has to quit this one specific thing. Tell me how many third round draft picks has he traded so far?
If you can spend a day 2 pick on a known commodity who you can pay, you can accelerate the long term process of rebuilding. Sneed and Jones are both high quality starters. Drafting in the 3rd round is less than a coin flip of finding a starter.
How confident are you in the 2024 Titans?
8.5/10
he is damaged goods....bad knee and always spraining his ankles.

@@AK-qo6txbut still outpaced most of his peers but about 15 guys. Not bad for poor ankles and knees.

Where you been James?

They'll probably blitz him and Adams a ton
Extending him should not be an issue, how is it any different than spending for a free agent?
Its different cus we got first dibs! Good move!
Is that's a serious question?
@@jimmymadeit.1992 is that's a serious comment? We just spent $100 mil on free agents who never suited up for us 🤷🏾♂️ shouldn't be much hesitation

Well he’s a Seahawk
They may tag him next year instead of signing him now. Don’t really have candidates for that tag next year.
Has anybody heard how bad his knee might be though??

gotta do jok
No grade card for this upload
Better than David Long?
Yea the kid is 24 with 145+ tackles & 6 sacks last season. Only player in the nfl to do that
@@SixShotEm_4.5 sacks, but either way he is still solid!
I think so and I hated letting go of David Long. He's pretty much the same style of player but a little stronger and faster.
Looking like S Tullock filling A gaps
As good as David for sure. I just don’t think he lays the licks like Long would for us.
This guys assessment of what Ran is doing with trades is beyond his expertise. Pipe down littrle homie and let ran cook.
