The Kanipakam temple organized a magnificent Sakambari decoration with around 15 tons of vegetables collected and offered.

శాకం అంటే ఆకు కూరలు, కూరగాయలు వీటితో చేసే అలంకారాన్నే శాకంబరి అలంకారం అంటారు.
దేశంలోని రైతులంతా ఆయురారోగ్యాలతో వుండి సకాల వర్షాలతో పాడిపంటలు సమృద్దిగా పండి
బోగ భాగ్యములతో అన్నదాతలుగా వుండేలా దీవించమని అమామలుగన్న అమ్మ
ఆమరకతాంబికా దేవిని ఆశీర్వదించమని
సంకల్పిస్తూ చేసేదే శాకంబరి అలంకారం.
చూపరులను ఆకట్టుకొని కనువిందు చేసే ఈ అలంకారం అద్భుతం నయనానణదకతరం.
ప్రతీ సంవత్సరం దేవాలయ అధికారుల ఆశయాలతో సలహా, సూచనలతో
పలమనేరు కాప్పల్లి రవీంద్రారెడ్డిగారు వారి మిత్ర బృందం వారు
అహోరాత్రములు శమించి రైతులతో, మండీ యాజమాన్యాలతో, భక్తులతో మాట్లాడి చర్చించి
ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ లోని పలమనేరు, ర్ణాటకలోని, వడ్డపల్లి, కోలారు, బెంగళూరు మరియు తమిళబాడులోని హొసూడు మండీలనుండి
సేకరించిన సమర్పించుకొన్న దాదాపు 15 టన్నుల కూరగాయలతో కాణిపాకం దేవాలయంవారు అద్భుతంగా శాకంబరీ అలంకారాన్ని నిర్వహించారు.
ఈ కార్యక్రమానికి పూతలపట్టు శాసన సభ్యులు మురళి మోహన్ గారు విచ్చేశారు.
అర్చకులు వేదమంత్రాలతో స్వాగతం పలుకగా గణపతి దేవాలయాన్ని మరియు అనుభంధ ఆలయాలైన మరకతాంబికా సమేత మణికంఠేశ్వర ఆలయాన్ని, వరదరాజస్వామివారి ఆలయాలను దర్శించుకొన్నారు.
అనంతరం శాకంబరి అలంకారానికి సహకరించినవారిని కండువాలు కప్పి సత్కరించారు.
ఆ తరువాత దైవం టివి ధార్మికం యూట్యూబ్ ఛానల్ తో మాట్లాడారు.
కూరగాయలను సమర్పించిన రైతులు మండీ వ్యాపారస్తులు మాట్లాడారు.
