although i like watching anime/manga/novels etc of this genre, the one thing i hate most about this story is the CONSTANT OVER THE TOP OVERUSED PHRASES of xxx years in cultivation, and the aura here is so thin, since i have this item it will make me the greatest.... first of all in most cultivation novels/manga etc if it was real life MOST mc's would be considered trash because it took them that long to cultivate, second they ALWAYS DEPEND ON OUTSIDE FORCES, and they always have grudges..... why do they have grudges?most of the time it is because m/c was greedy and got too much stuff, and 90% of these isekai stories are always the same of i became great was killed well you have to be really hated, or really trashy or have something that you can not protect.... i hate greed
lol then you clearly don't understand cultivation stories at all. It is how their world WORKS. You cannot judge a world by how you want it to be, but by what it is. Reality. Facts. You cannot walk around in the most dangerous part of the city while showing off your wealth or you will be robbed. Facts. It should not be that way because it is unfair and even a crime, but it is that way. Cultivation worlds are like that as a minimum because the law of the strong applies everywhere. Nobody cares if you like it or not, it is the way cultivation worlds WORKS. The MC needs to follow that rule or be left behind and very probably die or lose the wind of success, which means power. Lucky opportunities must be taken, not given. Once others are more powerful than you, they can oppress you. Before others grow, you must grow first and further than them. Like the rule of nature. The strong rules. Again. Nobody cares if you like that rule or not. It is how their world WORKS. The main characters are hardly greedy. They are smart enough to understand how their society works to get the most benefits, to secure their future and their closest ones' safety. If to do that, they offend greater forces, then so be it. They are the strongest in the area and attempt to oppress the main characters by getting everything. Are you saying he should be a pus*y and obey? Again, you did not understand how their world WORKS. Instead, you are judging it by our society's standards and how you want it to be, which would make the worst MC in cultivation's history and weakest by miles, while he would lose everything he holds dear. Now, about the world's aura or energy. Usually, these main characters have ascended to superior worlds and become immortals in the future. In those worlds or realms, energy/aura/Qi are many times stronger, denser and purer. Earth is always considered a mortal world/lower world with very thin energy. This shows you clearly did not understand cultivation stories at all... Because of this reason, they need to find objects/treasures with hidden strong Qi/energy inside to grow better foundations with their immortal techniques and faster than anyone else in the same world... Then, you have the matter of pride and reputation, which in cultivation worlds, are almost as important as power. Pride has caused more deaths in cultivation worlds than anything else. This is the reason great families are so annoying in defending their face/reputation. A common young man would back down but our main characters are ex-powerful cultivators. They have their pride as well and cannot lose their reputation either. In fact, in their eyes, these great families are nothing but ants. Backing down would mean death and humiliation by social standards. Only power can force another party to back down and lose a bit of face/reputation, even if it hurts their pride. Usually, because main characters don't have backing/background/fame, they are bullied and oppressed. According to you, he should accept it and bow his head to not create 'grudges'. Goodness, thank god authors are not listening to you... because you still don't understand cultivation stories at all...
@@spiritualzorro you completely missed my point... but i dont care because these are my OWN PERSONAL CHOICES, and to write such a huge thing trying to first get me to understand your side, then bellittling me, these are all in vain.... because like i said THESE THINGS IS WHAT I DECIDED TO THINK and nothing will chang my mind, now i am not saying you are wrong hell you may be 100% but again it is like relegion, it is all based on what YOU believe in. so please stop doing this to others because it does not make you look good nor smart
@@spiritualzorro oh and one more thing i am talking about these COOKIE CUTTER stories, there are a few original works that i will read/watch/listen to multiple times due to how good they are because they are original, and yes i understand they need plot and plot armor, but they have become cookie cutter stories.. that is my point, they are just using the same thing over and over again. and like i said if some one who is powerful is targeted THINK ABOUT IT... why were they targeted, not just for greed there is always the hatred of m.c. in it also
