5天4夜贡嘎徒步摄影｜冷嘎措，三恩措，希热协垭口海子｜hike photographer

全程分量两段。
1.三恩措+冷噶措（全程20km，累计爬升725米，营地同为4500米海拔）
2.希热协海子+希热协垭口海子（往返14km，累计爬升557米，希热协垭口海拔4650米）
以帮木吉德为中心，做一次补给 原计划去上木居到里索海，5连海子，但是中途车坏了计划搁置 冷噶错门票（垃圾清理费）20元，可以骑马上山200元一人 冷噶措露营50元营地在前端，凹凸不平加倾斜，100元营地相对平整可看倒影。营地提供热水和厕所 除冷噶措，都不需要营地费。
平原上去的朋友需要充分适应海拔，否则高海拔露营有风险。

The whole journey is divided into two parts.
1. San'encuo + Lenggacuo (the whole journey is 20km, with a total climb of 725 meters, and the campground is also at an altitude of 4,500 meters)
2. Xirexie Haizi + Xirexie Pass Haizi (14km round trip, total climb 557 meters, Xirexie Pass is 4650 meters above sea level)
Focusing on Bangmu Jide, we planned to go to Shangmuju to Lisuohai, 5th Lianhaizi for a supply trip, but the car broke down on the way and the plan was shelved. The entrance fee for Lenggacuo (garbage removal fee) is 20 yuan, and you can ride up the mountain for 200 yuan per person. The 50-yuan campsite at Lenggacuo Camping is at the front, which is uneven and tilted, while the 100-yuan campground is relatively flat and you can see the reflection. The campground provides hot water and toilets. There is no camp fee except Lenggacuo.
Friends who go to the plains need to fully adapt to the altitude, otherwise camping at high altitudes will be risky.
