I was preparing to seam-rip the whole collar off the shirt and reverse it. It's symmetrical, and it seems like it will work. It will take awhile, but I'm thinking it is worth it (my favorite shirt).

For years my Dad took the collar off and turned it around takes five minutes to do my mum did it on blouses as well not all that new
