The land vehicle has such horrible handling that after I went through all the trouble to make it, I just walked around everywhere instead. Plus I hardly even encountered the snow worms. I actually went out of my way to explore more to see them
On my fist play through I learned if you use the prawn suit on land with the grapple arm you can launch onto the higher ice wall platform and skip everything. from what I've heard about other peoples experiences of the land segments I'm glad that I never had to do them the normal way.
Great video! I love hearing you explaining what the game's railroading makes you think and feel. I personally really liked SN:BZ, but seeing it from your perspective, it sure does railroad more than necessary, and you can too easily end up in lategame places, or entirely miss important lore aspects. In my judgement, the game could be summarized to being great, but might need a little more subtle hinting, that is obvious enough to not miss.
21:50 and i definitely agree with you here. I played it for nearly 40 hours, and didnt rebuild Al. The gameplay is definetly more exciting than the Sam-Railroad :D
I think robin talking to herself is fine, id do the same She does say too much tho, it is kinda hand holding the player through the story My main issue with below zero is just that ita not scary like the first game expect for the very end biome of the game
I just beat this game a couple days ago. I agree 100%, the character voice over was annoying. Basically, there is so much voiceover and PDAs of useless conversation from people that i just started glossing over details. I beat the game without ever finding that cave with the frozen Leviathan. The fact it let me end the game while missing a large portion of the story is bad. And speaking of voiceover, just wait until you meet Al. 😂
YES PLEASE! Give us another discord server to join sniff oh i love being in 40 discord servers of all my favorite, all my favorite youtubers and getting spammed with... with uh, chat from people i don't know!
i absolutely loved bellow zero maybe even more than the first, idk the colors, the voice acting, the fishes it was just better overall imo (other than the horror aspect)
@@Ec17313 I can respect that, the game is beautiful and the art direction definitely took the already great aesthetic of the first game and successfully added onto it. I honestly also really like the voice acting and most of the characters I just feel like the first game handled the feeling of isolation better and for me that feeling was an integral part of the game and it's disappointing to have it fall flat in below zero.
"SIIIIIIIIPP" "MMMMMMMMMMMM" Other Strong Independent Woman noises. Main character was ass couldn't stand it love the Subnautica creatures to death but damn the story was so ass.

I definitely think there's a lot of good stuff I just think the story should have cooked for a little longer

I don't necessarily think that her talking to herself is inherently bad but the way they did it was underwhelming.
Can't wait for more videos on Below Zero and Minecraft 🤩
I have more on the way!
