    Day 6 of the 8-week program. I didn't have bands but used lightweight dumbells in some of the exercises. It's really tough even without the bands! so happy I finished this. Thank you Joanna and Tracy!

    done with week 2 of the 30 day Fitter & Stronger Home program and i just wanted to let you know i'm LOVING IT! i love the addition of more weights/bands/other types of exercises in addition to hiit, really keeps things challenging and engaging.

    Ok so day 7 of 8 week challenge : Done
    And this was by far the toughest workout for me. I am feeling every inch of my body crying. And also my waist hurt a lot while doing the upper body circuit.
    But I can literally see the changes in my body, specially my shoulders and my thighs. My face is slimmer as well. So going to continue this challenge.

    Did it without the band (I know.. what’s the point?) but I’m such a beginner and when I tell you, this workout killed me, even without the band!!! I feel stronger now tho and can’t wait to try it with the band :)

      Neither me and I just used bottles of water or even with nothing it's still working effectively

    Awesomeeee workout.. did these without that band.. need to check if we get these here in India.. however used 1kg dumbells for the upper body workout wherever I could..just to get that strength on arms...thanks for introducing us to this👍

    I feel so many changes since day 1 of the 8 weeks exercise. 1-3 day my body was aching and shaking. But, day 4-5 it stars to get used with the exercise. Im sweating a lot, but it was so much fun. 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

    I have just done this and my workout area got wet with my sweat, looks like I have to mop it 😀 and I didn't even use a booty band. I can't imagine how hard it would be with a booty band. Day 13 of the 30 day challenge: Done ✔️💪💃

    For the last 2 exercises, it's actually harder if you place the band below your knees

    Oh no! I bought some bands for this workout and they won't stretch! I bought some thicker ones so they wouldn't roll and I can bearly move in them. I think my stomach got more of a workout from the laughter! Any recommendations for getting stretchier bands? Many thanks 😊
