Day 6 of the 8-week program. I didn't have bands but used lightweight dumbells in some of the exercises. It's really tough even without the bands! so happy I finished this. Thank you Joanna and Tracy!
done with week 2 of the 30 day Fitter & Stronger Home program and i just wanted to let you know i'm LOVING IT! i love the addition of more weights/bands/other types of exercises in addition to hiit, really keeps things challenging and engaging.
Ok so day 7 of 8 week challenge : Done And this was by far the toughest workout for me. I am feeling every inch of my body crying. And also my waist hurt a lot while doing the upper body circuit. But I can literally see the changes in my body, specially my shoulders and my thighs. My face is slimmer as well. So going to continue this challenge.
Did it without the band (I know.. what’s the point?) but I’m such a beginner and when I tell you, this workout killed me, even without the band!!! I feel stronger now tho and can’t wait to try it with the band :)

Oh no! I bought some bands for this workout and they won't stretch! I bought some thicker ones so they wouldn't roll and I can bearly move in them. I think my stomach got more of a workout from the laughter! Any recommendations for getting stretchier bands? Many thanks 😊
