How to adjust the water level? Water that came from mine is in small amounts whether I press the short or long cup

For me po ok nman sya, ala pa po akong naging issue or problem with the machine, madami nman pong choices sa market, depende po sa needs nyo

Compare to other nespresso machines, how about the quality of coffee which this machine brew? How to descale the machine?
I usually use the coffee capsule of starbucks & dolce gusto (duchess brand) the quality is good for me. I will perform scaling when i reached my 1 year usage of the machine. Thank you. God bless
hello po. may i ask po if compatible ung power system ng machine sa mga outlets dito sa philippines of do we need po a transformer? :) and also po, ano po adapter kailangan or free nadin po ung adapter? thanks po
Hi. Yes po compatible po sa power system natin at hindi po kailangan ng transformer. About sa outlet need po ng adoptor na may 3 holes na flat kc hindi sya kasama sa machine. Hope this helps. Stay safe & healthy. God bless.

Hi, is it ok/advisable to use cocoa powder to make hot choco/ice choco? By using ung detachable for coffee grounds?

How can in increase temperature of coffee? The coffee is not hot enough

Hello, alam nyo po ba kung pano i adjust yung default coffee amount / brewing time?
Yon coffee amount is depende po kung anung setting na dami ng water na gusto nyo at kung anong capsule ang gamit nyo po. Kung mg powder naman po kau, its better po na png tall or big cup po yon water nyo po para hindi masyadong strong ang coffee. Hope it helps po..Thanks

Anu pong machine? Adopters po ba? Check nyo po if nakaayos yon pagpasok ng adopter at paglagay po ng capsule kc kapag hindi po nakasagad hindi po talaga sya nglalock. Minsan naman po hindi compatible yon capsule sa machine kaya po hindi naglalock. Hope it helps po. Thanks po
