Lapland is my dream climate and vibe, I’m in Arizona and yesterday it was 90, haven’t been out with the Kayak yet this year, I love seeing water not covered in jet skis and speed boats and forests not covered in utvs and Toyotas lol
I’m so happy you got the change to visit us here in the Nordics! Sauna, good food, beer, berries and kayaking - that’s what our summers are made of. Hope to see you in Finland once again!
Wonderful mix of scenery and the Finns, thank you Ken. And I'm very impressed with the '2nd camera' work that's done on many of your videos. Don't know if it's always the same companion, - instructional, review or touring video - but the mix of scenes you blend together is very effective. Another great video.
Good to see you back in the TRAK 2.0 instead of all those other weirdo kayaks lately... LOL! ^_^ Very cool to see those reindeer being so friendly and not running away immediately or being aggressive! :)
I am paddeling in Sweden, living in Germany northern part, its great landscape nothern europe. I enjoy your channel very much, great work in filming , thanks for sharing.
Look at them beautiful Deer. Then man that tastes good, don't let Santa find out or you will be on the naughty list, lol Another fantastic video ken. Hard to believe but you found even more amazing views. That river looked so peaceful. What a fantastic place to paddle even in the rain. (OK, HOW LONG DID YOU MANAGE TO STAY IN THE SAUMA)
In my imagination...that looks like Canada 🤔 ...but with smaller moose 🤨 That type of forest makes me think short summers.. We're spoiled in Florida...Summer is like 6 months 😂
in Lapland the snow usually melts in may and comes back in late september so yeah the summers are short but then again it's literally 24/7 sunshine when it does start thanks to the nightless nights
