How I spent 3 days in Edinburgh Scotland

Edinburgh is my fourth stop of my mini European tour. I fell absolutely in love with this city and culture. We visited Edinburgh Castle, Parliament Square West, Victoria Street which is supposedly inspiration for Diagon alley in the Harry Potter series, hiked up to Arthur’s Seat, tried vegan haggis, and tasted some lovely icecream while enjoying the view of the castle. I loved learning more about my family history and I can’t wait to go back again and explore even more of Scotland.
