I have my incubator going non stop in the spring and summer. One batch hatches another goes in lol but even then I still get so excited each time. They are so cute.
Thank you for posting this video. I got to enjoy watching it in the background while preparing documents for taxes. Getting to see these beautiful new babies made that tedious job seem so much less of an unfun drain of my time. They're beautiful and they looked very, very healthy.
Aw brandy that was amazing ! I was raised on @ beef farm we be had chickens I know the process, but I literally still teared up watching gods miracle of them hatching ❤️what fun….congratulations! Keep us posted on their growth ❤️
Oso fun!! Lol.Just like all babies....a miracle from God! Were any your eggs?My grandson Lincoln, his science teacher got a bunch of silkies and hatched them in the classroom incubator. He thought it was awesome. Keep us posted. Hugs from Missouri 🤗 ❤️. I haven't started the sourdough yet, but I will.
Where do you store your eggs while you wait to collect more to fill up your incubator. And when you put them in the incubator do they all grow equally at the same time? Since they were laid different days apart
I store them on the counter for up to 10 days. Once they are heated in the incubator they all start developing at that point at the same time. It’s so amazing to watch! Good luck
(Terry of KY) How many o f yours hatched and how many bought.I used to raise chickens, and I am finding that I want to hatch some again..I only want a few chickens, but my incubator is for 10 to 100 eggs.So I thought I would give so away to neighbors.I got to het busy looking for eggs. I AM 63 and nothing exciting in my life anymore. I am excited just thinking about it. I could buy chicks, but waiting f or them to hatch would be something to look forward to.
We have some Turkey poults coming in March/April. They are broad breasted turkeys and will be ready for a Thanksgiving harvest. We may try some heritage Turkey eggs this spring too.
That’s the same incubator I just bought. I got 19 days left. Not sure if I like the incubator or not. The little silver motor on the Turner get severely hot. Worries me it may catch fire. Does yours get real hot to touch?
I had another question I have 3 chicks that hatched already waiting for other ones to hatch but the humidity is at 88% but I'm at work and can't go home yet is that bad?? Or not good for them? 😰😓🥺

Right? My kids tease me as I peek into the incubator obsessively 🎉🎉🎉
I really think I get more excited than the 14 year old. I'm like look look look and she's like eh.
@@toristanley440 same! I’ll share your joy! You can tell me all about it 😊

So Beautiful! AND CUTE!!! from, 4th Graders
Thank you for sharing it with them!
We have black copper Marans and black Astralorps. The Marans lay beautiful dark brown eggs. Our Astralorps are great egg layers.
I’m hoping that the chicks that hatched turn out to be layers. We only had a few of each. 🐓🐓🐓
So sweet!! Congratulations ❤️
Hello guys🤓

That was awesome!!
That's what I've got black Australorp hen and a rooster, I've got 28 an incubator pipping now

The first time we hatched 22 out of 31 and this time we had 19 out of 25 hatch. I have 30 more eggs to put in this morning
So amazing! Are you going to try turkey eggs? Then you can raise your Thanksgiving 🦃 turkey to butcher again?? God Bless all!!
I never noticed it getting too hot. We used it three times this season and had great luck and good hatch rates. What are you hatching? Good luck ❤️
This is beautiful how many chicks did you get
We had 22 hatch 🐣
How many of yours hatched vs the ones from the hatchery?
Orpington, Australorps are natural incubators. Perhaps two or three hens for breeding and hatching naturally. Just my opinion.
Thank you!
New sub!❤
Thanks for subbing! We are so glad you are here
Look at those big bear dogs on the property, they're pretty
We love our Pyrenees 🥰
So so beautiful. I want chicks so badly. My hoa doesn’t allow them so sad.
Why does everyone see that shade as blue? They look bright green to me, and I'm not colorblind according to all the tests.
They are such a pretty shade!
Hi I liked your video! I had a question what temperature and humidity does the incubator have to be on the last 3 days??
Hi Julie! We took the egg turner out of the incubator and upped our humidity to 75% on day 18. Prior to that, humidity hovered around 50%. Good luck!
I had another question I have 3 chicks that hatched already waiting for other ones to hatch but the humidity is at 88% but I'm at work and can't go home yet is that bad?? Or not good for them? 😰😓🥺
Sorry it was at 68% 😅😁
Did the twins hatch?!
Not yet! They were added to the incubator on Day 11 - so we still have 3 more days. I’m patiently waiting!!!!
Where did you get your incubator?
We bought it used on Facebook marketplace
