30 looks better than 25, and if you want to use it in a PAL country, just set (and LOCK) the shutter speed to 1/50th of a second. No flickering, and natural motion blur. You can also use 50fps with 1/60th for natural motion blur (180-deg rule is completely bogus, motion blur doesn't scale with frame rate) and no flicker in any country if you want HFR. The 1/60th natural motion blur is what eliminates the soap opera effect you typically get with high framerates. Some questions, though. DOES this camera have shutter speed lock mode so auto exposure won't adjust it? Can you set auto exposure to be -0.5 or -1.0 steps, for instance? And can you limit the ISO range in order to prevent too much noise in your video? Anyway, my preferred setup based on the specs if I were to buy one of these would be as follows: 4000x3000 resolution, 1.5x anamorphic lens, 30fps, locked 1/50th shutter speed. That would net me a perfect cinematic look with a 2:1 final output and plenty of resolution to play with for framing and whatnot. The 4k lens is 16mm focal length equivalent on a 35mm sensor, which means in 4000x3000 mode I can get a 1.5x anamorphic 2880x1440 crop at roughly a 35mm focal length equivalent. Theoretically speaking, at least.
I used to be able to change the FOV mode in the insta360 app. It was also giving me the FOV mode which was basically one level wider than the Ultra Wide band. I cannot record on that mode anymore. How do I go higher than Ultra Wide band?
Hi Thank you , can we record on HD resolution with the 4k boost lens ...is the quality same as regular HD camera? Thanks

The lens can we upgrade to 360?
not reccomending 60fps in 2024 is a crime. 60 fps does NOT slow down your video
