@@plee1049 sorta yeah. The higher the ultra bar the more damage. Maxing out at 150 percent. Balrogs ultra 2 did little damage but an ass ton of stun. And it was a throw. Usually you got ultra from just losing health, but you can gain ultra meter from absorbing attacks with focus attack too.
SF4 has a certain vibe to it that keeps me coming back. I know a lot feel the same way about SF3.

Yeah. Lots of stun damage. Could be used for a turtling opponent but you’re better off with U1 in all cases…
