I bought a phone from someone, the person needed my help to buy the phone him, so he can complete his transport and now I find out that he is owning with that phone and now I don't have access to the phone anymore, what will I do to start making use of the phone I'm really confused
If I get you right, someone told you that he needed help urgently with transport money and asked you to buy his phone so you can give him the money. After buying the phone, you found out that he bought it on easy buy and has not completed the payment. If this is correct, you have two options none of which will be good for you. One pay the remaining balance and use the phone or dump the phone.
Obviously, he deceived you. This is a simple trick that people do to make extra money these days. Check online and you will find lots of similar experiences. Unfortunately, I cant help you

No you can’t. You cannot owe easybuy more than 50k. So, for a phone of 130k, the lowest down payment you can make is 80k. The balance will be 50k.

Don't be afraid. It is not their business to interfere. They will only help you with a payment method. I am not an easybuy agent. I only did this video because we have their agent in our store. No one will make noise because you are owing. Just explain to them.
