The floating shelves were much better. I think placing these huge shelves in the kitchen is a bit odd and the black doesn’t seem to match. However, it makes them happy. 😊
PLEASE, anchor those bookcases securely to the wall! That is a terrible accident waiting to happen. I would NOT advise encouraging your beautiful little boy to play near them. Every year, tragically, children are injured or killed by large furniture pieces or T.V.’s falling on them. Hopefully he will be crawling soon and exploring everything! You need to baby proof the house. Safety first!💁🏼♀️🙂🧸

Good morning! Store your pineapple upside down once you bring it home so that the sugars distribute better! 10/10 recommend. Makes them taste even better! 🍍
My dermatologist said anything over 30spf is bs and doesn’t do any more protection than a 30. And spf needs to be reapplied every 60-90 minutes to be protective so when you put the make up on with it after an hour it’s void. Always get a good spf gentle spray to lightly spray on your face through the day or wear a nice sun hat.
I now just watch when the sun is it’s strongest I stay in the shade. I don’t live in Florida tho so I’m not sure about how it works there.
You could add some cookbooks to those shelves too!

Thank you for this adorable video! I enjoyed watching the baby! I have one concern on your dining room shelves, if the baby grabs the edge of the shelves to stand himself up, those shelves won’t tip over? I can’t tell if it’s a heavy shelf?

To each there own love you no matter what but you ask what people think about things and I am not a fan of those black shelves, you have everything pretty neutral colored and I think they just don’t flow. But if you like em I love ‘em. No hate!!
I had a blessed Easter went to church twice and had a big feast… deviled eggs, chips, dips, different cheeses, olives, ham, Mac and cheese, potatoe salad, asparagus, cole slaw, spinach salad, cakes and cupcakes for dessert and sangria to drink

Love the shelves! My living room has a lot of built in shelves which I never can get right. I may now do different seasons instead of the same always.
It’s from one of my all time favorite movies that I just learned two days ago was based on a book, How to Loose a Guy in 10 Days! “You let our love fern die!” Lol 😂
If you can I would totally advise against book shelfs due to not being Baby Friendly, just like coffee tables danger when a baby will soon be scooting around and pulling up ❤
You can attach things like that to the walls which would solve that issue!

My First baby just had her 31st Bday!!! She is still my BABY!!! You never lose the Awe over your first! because all of their firsts, are all your firsts as a mom! That was a little note given to me by my great aunt, She told me that when I told her, it feels so weird that my BABY is turning 25! ( LMBO)

Yea Starbucks matcha powder contains sugar in the powder itself. Getting unsweetened matcha powder and making it at home is the way to go!! Glad you are aware now - a lot of people don't know that Starbucks does that!

With true matcha, it’s not sweet ever!! If you want a great matcha experience, find a good ceremonial grade matcha, get some sugar free vanilla syrup, and unsweet oatmilk, that’s how I make mine and it’s pretty much the best thing ever!!! 💕

@@nicolejohnson9966 oh that’s awesome!!! I only use 1 tsp per matcha, I will do 1 tsp of matcha, with like 2-4 tablespoons of water, mix really well, then put it over ice, top it with oatmilk and the syrup of your choice!

I customize my 𝚂𝚝𝚊𝚛𝚋𝚞𝚌𝚔𝚜 drinks. They have no sugar, less sugar & normal one. Instead of having full cream milk, i chose to have non-fat. Used soya or oat or almond. No whip! Enjoying a cup of joe without the guilt.
So bummed about the matcha latte. I guess at home will be best. Also, you shouldn’t prop up baby, falling over and righting himself will strengthen him and get him ready for crawling, standing and walking!
Thank you saying this about propping the baby up, I have commented on this before as well. Yes kids develop at different times, sure of course. However, a 8 month old should be at the stage of sitting up on their own for minutes without falling, getting into a crawling position, trying to stand with the help of furniture or something. And this info is not my opinion, it’s coming from a child development background. Kids from the age of 5 months should be starting these skills.

Went to Florida I’m from RI for Easter had brunch at Gaylord Palms it was wonderful
I loved the it cosmetics cc cream but they don't have my color 😭 it was too dark for me. I ended up getting a long wearing foundation from lancome that has spf and is light coverage!

In a starbucks matcha sub the simple syrup they use for a pump or two of sugar free vanilla, brings the sugar content way down
