I've tried some but don't like them.
I remember doing this back in school in the 90s and the trauma still lives on in all of us 😂
Even stressful watching you do it but has oddly made me want to attempt it now.
Not sure how 40 year old me would compare to 14 year old me though 😂

You accidentally put 12 for number of shuttles when it should have been 0. You would still be in the excellent range, just slightly lower V02 Max. Awesome job! I love your videos.

I am 100% gonna do a beep test after my easy run tomorrow, keen to see too. Haven't done one in years
Back in 2013 and 2014 I took part in a racing game competition and made it to the national final stage, which included four physical fitness tests including the beep test. In 2013 I was woefully unfit and only managed level 5, but by the following year I had practised running a lot more and managed level 8, only two shuttles shy of level 9.
In the last three years I have got myself into much better shape both in terms of strength and cardiovascular fitness; maybe one day I might give the beep test another try 😊
All this time I've been calling it the BLEEP test 🙈

We do the bleep test every year for work. I've never failed to meet the required standard for my job, but there's nothing more anxiety inducing than hearing the intro beeps to the test in the gym, even when im not the one doing it. 😂
Cant imagine ever making it to level 12 though 😂💪🏻

Hey, the white horizontal lines on the track are each 10 metres apart for reference so you don't have to measure them out

Absolutely brutal!!! Awesome stamina. Please do a Cooper test. Just a tiny suggestion...please don't cut the video like it happened in 1-2 places...rest everything is superb!
At age 11 I did a 13.8 in high school aged 17 I did an 18.1

I loved the pacer test in school, I was such a competitive kid and running was so much fun
Giving me flashbacks to PE in the late 90s/ early 2000s! I was actually pretty good at it, but the dread when the teacher announced it was beep test day at the start of the athletics block... haha
Last time I did this I scored 7.5 and died hahahaha But you did a great job
