I think the reason why door 101 and 201 are present has something to do with the games map generator. When picking rooms it validates them by checking for the presence of an entry and exit. Instead of programming an exception for the last rooms it was easier for the devs to add an exit door that is out of reach.
If you want a record so badly, don't use hacks. Or you will have a record, but it will be from hackers, and there are hackers faster than you, so even if you have hacks
