I’m fine- I use a loofah every day and I’m okay. Also, I don’t even use it down there. Loofahs are a bit scratchy, good for the rest of the body, but I probably wouldn’t use it down there anyways. They are actually one of the easiest and greatest things you can use to wash your body. Totally recommend. ❤❤

It’s like a light exfoliation process for every shower! Just make sure to rinse all of the soap out and hang to dry. Replace every few months for hygienic reasons and they’re like $1-2 :)

I use a clean wash cloth every time I shower and on my vag (sorry) I just use my hand..then throw it in the hamper after it dries. A fresh, clean wash cloth is the way to go!

I have a fully natural loofa since over 2 years and if you wash it carefully, desinficate it and let it dry completely, there's nothing wrong with them. I prefer something natural over plastic thay may be toxic to skin
Shower gloves are my go to. They can be thrown in a sanitizing wash over and over again, you can get soft ones or really rough ones for a good exfoliation. It’s also supper satisfying to wash in your belly button and between your toes with them 😂 that might be tmi but you have to try it to know.

You could try loofahs or the African net sponge for your skin. It's perfect.
When you're done using, shake it and hang it to dry.
For down there, do not allow soap and water to get into the vagina. The vulva, the outer area should be cleaned properly.
Do not put objects or even dirty fingers into the vagina. The asshole, properly washed as well. These areas are a bit more fragile than the rest of the skin, so be careful.

But if u understand how soap works. The suds, foam and bubbles are created when the soap mixed with water, traps the bacteria and etc on ur skin, then the rubbing motions and water washes it away. With that being said, even if there are gems on the Lufa the soap will always remove it. Plus regularly cleaning hr lufa can get rid of any excess germs if u are really concerned about that. This is just my logic

Loofah are meant to be replaced. Replace the every month if possible. They are very cheap compared to everything on your shopping cart, and you don't need the fancy brand ones either. Make sure you keep the window open and the door open to let air flow through the bathroom after you shower. This helps the Loofah dry faster and always shake your Loofah like hell to get all the water off it too before hanging it. And don't hang it under everything like in this video. Water will drip on it and keep it wet.

You know, natural loofah from the loofah plant is cheap to grow, can be sanitized by boiling water between uses, and can be thrown out to decompose in your garden. For $2 you can get a packet of seeds and grow the plants for pennies a day to feed and water. In 5-7 months you will have more loofahs than you would know what to do with. Could have a new loofah for every shower depending on how many plants you grew.
