  • Following on the heels of "Birdman", director, screenwriter and producer Alejandro G. Iñárritu has switched gears, bringing his highly personal storytelling to an epic and deeply immersive frontier adventure of survival in "The Revenant". This wilderness production required intensive collaboration among a diverse team including Iñárritu and producers Steve Golin, Mary Parent and Brad Weston. Now the quartet, with Iñárritu on live feed from his edit in Los Angeles, takes the stage to discuss the myriad creative challenges and joys of bringing this cinematically inventive story to the screen. The film’s reliance on forging a tight-knit team ready to give their all is a topic that will be relevant to every producer.
    Speakers:
    * Steve Golin (Founder and Managing Partner, Anonymous Content)
    * Alejandro G. Iñárritu (Via Live Feed)
    * Mary Parent (Founder, Disruption Entertainment)
    * Brad Weston (President and CEO, New Regency)
Moderated by Vance Van Petten, National Executive Director, Producers Guild of America
