I personally like the Gannett death-star logo animations and how each of their stations at the time transitioned smoothly to and from them.
I'll admit I got some nostalgic chills when the late 90's early 00's era of NEws 5 started showing, I started to remember names and voices, very cool.
The period from 1992-1994 utilized The Heat from Gari Media, which was later used by CFMT (channel 47) in Toronto for its news programs from 1993-1996.

That was how Peters Productions rolled. They did imaging for other stations including WXIA, and WPIX who shared the 11-alive branding for a little bit.
