I’ve been struggling to do a proper forward lunge as an obese person without proper training. I felt like my posture wasn’t right, my stance and the way I engaged in forward lunge was all wrong. Thus, furthering my knee pain. I found lots of videos showing alternatives and exercises to try to reduce pain or strengthen my knees etc. (Not being able to perform a proper lunge made me feel very discouraged) But neither that I’ve watched have showed and explain in such simple but clear details on how to properly do it. I’m so glad I stumbled upon your video! You showed us from many angels which really helps me visualise it so much better and your explanation was so simple but clear and straight to the point. Easy to catch and understand. Thank you so much! I will definitely start including them in my exercises! I tried following your guide in this video and did it along with you while you explained, and I could IMMEDIATELY feel the difference! My knees really didn’t feel too uncomfortable nor pain!

Found this video by "accident". Glad i did, great tips for the lunges! They always felt so wrong for my body, but starting out backwards is much better.

I was browsing through several videos but I couldn't find the right remedy. Just following your advice immediately enabled me to do lunge jumps ! I thought I had to avoid leg workouts and do some rehab exercises. Thank you so much !!

Thank you for explaining this so well. Did both squats and lunges following your method and it worked great. I've worked with trainers 1:1 and they've never explained it the way you did or had me do the exercises correctly.
A few weeks ago I had possible tendonitis due to bad form while doing lunges. After I took a week or so to rest, I found this video super helpful for correcting the form of my lunges. Since then I haven't had any knee pain during my leg day workouts! Thank you!!!
