1. I reccomend watching, it's a good show. I prefer season 1, but if the two were separate shows, I would like the second season a lot more. Anyway, show is "Why Women Kill"
2. The guy is the side piece. The lady he is talking to, Rita, is cheating on her husband with him. He relies on Rita mainly for money so he can get a leg in the acting world (character is a terrible actor). Dee, the blonde chick, is *his* side piece and was confronting him, well attempting to.
