Thanks Veronika! I'm so glad to hear that it helped you. When I made this video I thought that maybe it was pointless.. maybe everyone knows this already. I'm glad that I could help someone before the guitar techs start try to rip you off for big money at the music shop. 😆 Been there.
thank u so much for your video. i replaced my strings a few months ago and since then i've been struggling with this issue. now i can finally plug it in without my lower strings sounding too loud. really, thank u so much
Ok electric.. there’s two possibilities for this problem. It can be one of the pickup heights is too low. Need to adjust it with a screwdriver or the action of the smaller strings are too high. That would have to be adjusted with the bridge
If you have soldered them you know more than most. I don’t even know how to do that. Anyway a Strat is an electric guitar. So the pickups which are under the strings in between the neck and the bridge they should have screws. You take a screwdriver and slowly try both directions and see which one makes the pickup rise. With the bridge there are these two little nuts around what’s holding the strings. You just have to take a small Allen key and apply the same principle. If you need help identifying these parts type in “guitar parts diagram “ on Google
Thank you so much!! I thought there was something wrong with my guitar and I started worrying about it, but this video helped a lot!
