I’m going through a lot this now and I’m definitely seeking legal action against these people and getting guidance from the EEOC. In the meantime, I’m working three jobs trying to save money to fund my businesses, invest, and pay bills so I can get out of the WS workplace plantation.
When I was working a corporate jobs , which i will never do agin and have not for 30 years, I got respect by moving into sales. You bring those 3, 4, 5 and 6 figure checks and accounts to there business, they are all smiles when they see you.. plus you can build your own biz under their noses
I noticed alot of these tactics years ago. So what i did was give them false info. Then once it spreads i know exactly who said it. Therefore knowing who to keep quiet around. Whats worse it will be yours own people trying to jam you up and step on and over you.
I was at a community meeting in South LA and the whole time they kept reminding us to post any and every ICE checkpoint. They literally don’t like us but want us to go out and raise hell and protest on their behalf and to see the FBAs rallying harder than the people at risk was truly mind boggling!

Now, how many times have the black community heard our communities need to be diverse so our kids can learn other cultures. After placing these other cultures in our communities and after 60 years, which culture is the majority in our cities? Stop voting for other cultures in leadership positions within our communities. Then stop believing that our communities need to be diverse. When we have black businesses, support them and stop looking for free handouts.

There’s so much racial toxicity too. They pay you more for speaking Spanish in Los Angeles, as bilingual pay but the only ones majority getting that pay is people natively speaking Spanish. I literally picked it back up to stay in my position because they make them appear as outworking you but really they’re just keeping us out and underpaid. They even still have “The One Drop Rule” still in tact so FBA with other heritages in their family can’t qualify for benefits, such as Native Americans.
I’m glad someone sees that here with us in Los Angeles because I speak Spanish probably better than a native speakers and I was told while applying for job as far as the 90’s that it was nice I learned Spanish but many preferred working with their own.
