Hi Kevin I'm on California Dual Medicare Medicaid Molina Riverside county starting on Nov 1. Will they take my Medicare premiums $174 out of my Social security for 2-3 months then Cal medicaid will start paying that and will I get my 2-3 months back?

If everything is set up correctly before you gain Medicare, Medi-Cal would have notified Social Security that they are covering your Part B premium.
