Very interesting how Soft Top up and hard top with sound deadening are almost the same. Would be curious to see what the dB is on a hard top w/o the sound deadening. This is good to know because my wife was concerned about noise when we switched to the soft top on our Outer Banks. Now I can tell her there seems to be no difference!
My 2021 Jeep Rubicon JL hardtop with headliner is around 78-80 decibels at 75 mph. Those numbers aren’t bad at all. Great video as always. My Bronco will be here in less than 2 weeks.
A recent road trip into 25mph wind was loud and whistly inside my 22 Bronco 4 door with a hardtop. The Bronco is a great vehicle but a long roadtrip into the wind requires headphones.
I spec'd out my Bronco based specifically on the in-stock part / option item list you discussed in one of your videos back in July / August this year. I was able to write down all the known part delays. The (2) biggest delays seem to be focused on the Hard Top and Sasquatch package. So I built a Outer Banks Soft Top, 2.3L with Advanced 4x4 and the Rear Locker, along with a host of other strategic options. I reserved and ordered in August '21 and I've already got my Build Date and VIN. Sure I would love the 2.7L in a Hard Top, but the 2.3L is still amazing and the Hard Top can be purchased later. So if you want your Bronco sooner, you can get one, IF you remove the delayed options.
Great 👍 video Jorge! Makes me impatiently wait for my Wild Trak! Am sure the Bronco Raptor is going to be another home run for Ford. Thank you for being the best in the business,my friend.
I’ve got a 22 hard top four door. The noise isn’t that bad at all. Even at 80mph you can still hold conversation just fine even with people in back seat. And I’ve never owned a take off roof vehicle before so I’m new to this. It’s fine.
I'm really pleased to see how the soft top performed, I ordered my Badlands Sasquatch with the soft top to get it sooner and received my build date an hour ago! Can't wait for the wait to finally be over! Thanks for the video!
Jorge, someone took a pic of your antimatter blue 4 door MIC top and shared it on the Bronco 6X FB group, and you have some steps, tube style. Where did you get them?
Jorge - I think many of us with Bronco reservations recieved an email from FORD yesterday regarding upcoming things we will need to do shortly regarding updates to our orders. Two questions. 1) It was a bit complicated and confusing........will you be able to post a video soon on it for us? 2) Do you know if we will have the opportunity at this time to possibly change dealers as well as make updates to our 2021 reservation with new 2022 options?
Hi Jorge, can I ask what brand of rock rail/steps you have and are they frame mounted, I'm 5' 4 and im sure I'll need the steps when we get our Badlands Sas hopefully sometime in early 2022 😃
Whats year is ur bronco ? I heard the new hardtops are better than before. Gonna get a 2024 wildtrak in a couple of months with a hardtop so hopefully its as good as yours
For Jorge Love your videos. A couple of questions . Did you do any ppf on your Bronco (the Admiral)? If so, how much of the vehicle is covered? What brand film? Thanks
Quick question, my bronco says it has shipped out and the delivery date is TBD, but my dealer said it’s still sitting and waiting for parts. Is this true and is the ford tracker lying to me? Or is my dealer hiding the fact it might be here soon? Just wondering
Sir - I've seen pictures of a Ford Bronco with BROWN leather steering wheel and leather trimmed grab handles. It also has orange accents (brab handles, piece in vents, ring around GOAT mode dial, BRONCO lettering above glove box, etc.). Can you tell me which trim level / option this is or are these pictures of a pre-production display vehicle which is not available? Can a brown steering wheel be special ordered? Thanks for your time.
Howdy, that vehicle you saw was the vehicle Ford used to introduce the bronco last year. It is a preproduction prototype and not available. I. Sure there will be aftermarket companies to give you options for the steering wheel change but not from the factory
My question is how does it sound when you pass a semi truck on the highway. When I did my test drive in a soft top i was shocked at how quiet it was until a truck passed me and it was crazy loud. Does the hard top help at all with other traffic noise?
Jorge, I like to ask you a couple of questions being you work at a dealership. On June 2 2021 I went to my dealership and ordered an outer banks bronco. My paperwork order summary was given to me at that time and later on that date Ford motor emailed me and stated my order had been confirmed. I assume that makes me never having a reservation because i was informed that going on line made you have a reservation and when you went to dealer it was turned into an order if I am correct. My order had a mic top, lux and tow package. These were the things I wanted so I never changed my order so I might could get mine sooner. I understand that i will not be getting a 2021 ym and it will be a 2022 ym I assume. I understand Ford is reopening the bronco ordering bank for 2022 models. I am wondering if this makes me have to go back to my dealer and reorder are if my dealership will automatically roll my 2021 model into a 2022 model without me having to go back into the dealership. If I do have to go back will this change my place in line to receive my bronco. My last question if I decide to change from and outer banks to a badlands at what time and place would I have to do that. Thanks for any words of wisdom you might share with me. I have talked with my dealership a couple of times in the past and I always leave there feeling like I never did get a straight answer from them. This process of getting one of these broncos has sure been a nightmare to me and a lot of people never knowing what you are going to hear from Ford or if your dealership is on top of all of this. Ford as of this time has never sent me and email since June 2 2021confirming my order and my dealer has never reached out to me either. I have had to go to them and I am beginning to feel like a pain in the ass when I ask these type questions.
So I got and email about mine being pushed to a 22 model and I’m ok with that the emails sad I could air changes like the colors and all in September have you seen if we can or not? Thanks great videos by the way
@@Askjorgelopez awesome thank you fir the fast response do you know if I can get the Sasquatch with 2.7 manual on the 22 and can I get the towing package on the base
Any possible guess when 2022 Bronco order banks open? I was originally told 9/13, I was at dealership at 10am to order but dealership was not able to order. Any idea what's going on? Was very disappointed to hear about the new Raptor announcement, Ford can't seem to fill the orders they have.
Absolutely is, especially during this time of year where the fans are working hard to cool it off. Completely normal throughout all trim levels Marla! Thanks for watching!
Thank you! The Bronco has vents in the floor board to keep the circulation good. It doesn't have the typical vents coming from the rear part of the center console.
Why can’t Ford have Antimatter Blue and/or Atlas Blue as a special order color? If you look at other manufacturers they do have special order colors, some people might special order the color that they want as long as it is one of Ford’s colors (example: Porche had a bright pink color as a special order. I do not know how much extra it cost to get the car in that color, and it was not a standard color in their lineup). Why not learn from other Automotive Manufacturers?
Howdy! They are nfab. They are not out yet though. Nfab approached me to lend them my bronco for fitting and measurement. These boards are almost final production. They will be out in the market for sale very soon

Great video! How does Bronco Sport Badland compare to Bronco and others in regards of noise and bumpiness?
Bronco Sport is going to align similarly to what you'd see in a solid top vehicle as opposed to a noisy removable top vehicle.
Jorge, someone took a pic of your antimatter blue 4 door MIC top and shared it on the Bronco 6X FB group, and you have some steps, tube style. Where did you get them?
