    Dumble Squat and Heel Raise are very effective...
    Some around us thinks that by workout developing upper levels of bodies show them beautiful..male or female,but I saw you that's perfect cause the base and showoff of whole body is it's starts from legs and your workout for that is wonderful..
    I also workout for legs much.
    If we imagine a body with a Multis-stored building if the ground is not strong then what happens to 28th floor building.

    Thank you Vanessa, this is helpful and a great refresher. I would not be able to wake up at 6am to get all of this done because I have to get my daughters ready for school, so I need to be up out of bed by 4:45am. This is my goal, but difficult some days because it is very early. When I am awake, I do try to listen to positive messages when I wake up, practice gratitude, set an intention, listen to affirmations, stretch, I drink chia seeds and make a protein smoothie. Any other tips for me? I love your videos and so happy that I found them.

It's all about finding ways to care for ourselves and incorporating them into our daily lives. I think you're doing an amazing job!       @@iamvanessae Oh yeah I hope so too. 😊 No, I didn't try the strawberry smoothie. We don't have any strawberries, we currently have watermelon and tangerines and oranges and bananas. I wonder if it will work if I use the Nesquik strawberry powder? 🤣🤤
