You can use a sewing machine but it will flatten the whole plush, hot glue may make it go a little lumpy so.. i'd say use a fabric glue if you can! Idealy a gel fabric glue than liquid as the liquid may soakk through and ruin the plush feel!! but, a tiny bit of hot glue would work fine, just be careful not to use tooo much!! xx
