There should be a new rule for every dirt track in the United States. If U are lapped by the 2nd place car, U are black flagged & no longer a part of the feature. Too many cars getting lapped 3&4&5&6 times, they're just in the fucking way & not racing! If U ain't got it, don't unload it period!
