I have a friend who started the dps academy in January and he said that he applied when he hit his 60 credit hours and he’s 20 also. So I feel as long as u make it through the process u have a pretty good chance.
@@dr-ld5hr When you take the exam watch for multiple answers that have similar wording. A lot of firefighting and law enforcement tests are like that to gauge the applicants psychology. One other thing I would suggest is throw your name out to multiple other departments, you’ll gain more connections that way and raise chances of getting on the job if your main goal doesn’t work out.

Keep your grades up, live a low profile, and stay away from bad friends. You’ll be ok.
