this design is marvelous... at first i wasn't sure how you were going about with the white lines, but then realized it was giving the dress definition with the illusion that it was folds. great technique truly.

I suggest you to do your own research on internet on how to draw human figure and face proportion. There are tons of websites, tutorial videos out there. Practice makes perfect; with hard work and dedication anything is possible.
