Hey Rick, Another great vid! I have a 22 RGS stage 2 with a 2into2 header running Tab 50cal with Zombie baffles. I ran the Zombies before the stage 2 and they were awesome but with the stage 2 now and my wife normally on the back it was a little loud for her but she didn’t mind. Anyway, I have put my louvred baffles back in but without the wrap which seems to be a great compromise and a bit more torque as I seemed to have lost it with the straight through Zombie Baffles but I can’t find anyone that has done a sound review with this option but heaps of people ask and I’m not a RUclips recording person so I won’t do it. Just something to think about that will definitely benefit your viewers. Either way love your channel👍👍
Thanks Troy. I actually thought about taking the wrap off the medium baffle to see what that sounds like, as you mentioned. I appreciate the suggestion and I may do a follow up with that comparison. Thanks for your support and ride safe. 👊✌️👍

Great sound clips. I purchased the tab 3.5 inch bam zombie for my new 24 Indian Chief bobber dark horse and is pretty loud but sound pretty tinny, Just ordered the medium tab baffles and can't wait to change them out. Definitely looking forward the extra back pressure and deeper throaty sound and also hearing music louder and clearer. thx again for the different comparisons

It still sounds good, but is much more enjoyable when I'm cruising. It is still loud when I lay on the throttle. Granted I went from 103HP and 130TQ to 97HP and 125TQ. Still not bad for a Trike. I can pop a wheelie in first and get the front wheel "light" in 2nd and 3rd. Best part of the Medium baffle is that I can near my stereo.

Rick, I’m still liking the Rinehart DBX ( which is why I just ordered them the other day) but the medium baffles did sound pretty good on the Tabs. I just think the zombies are TFL. Thanks for the demo though.

Love me some DBX Rinehart’s. I bought my SG with Rinehart 4” moto 45s. I liked them but wanted more sound. I then put on a Rinehart 2 into 2 header and swapped the moto 45s baffles to DBX 45s. And then swapped the end caps. Got a good tune out in and Night and day difference. I do like the Tab exhaust to. Also think Krome Works has good stuff too. Thanks for sharing

Great comparison. You did a video awhile back on the Screaming Eagle Bluetooth tuner and was going to do a follow-up on how to smart tune ( road tune ) with it. Did you ever do this?

That is great news. I bought the tuner after watching your video and did the basic map with an air cleaner and slip-ons. Haven't been able to do the auto tune as I get some error messages. Look forward to your video on it. Thank you.

Thanks for watching, commenting and subscribing. Between the Tab medium baffle and Rinehart DBX 45 they do sound different as they Tab and Rinehart slip ons have distinctive sounds. You really can't go wrong with either. My assessment is Rinehart is a bit louder at start up and the Tab with medium baffle is a bit louder under load out on the road but gives nice deep rumble while cruising. Was waiting on cyber monday deals to order a set of rinehart dbx’s,but I’m digging the sound of the tabs with medium baffles, probably would have stayed with black tips, just my opinion 😀👍👍

I like the ends of the exhaust pipes, something which will become impossible to do in France with in 2024 the technical inspection of motorcycles imposed by Europe which will limit noise to 80 decibels

Great comparison.
You did a video awhile back on the Screaming Eagle Bluetooth tuner and was going to do a follow-up on how to smart tune ( road tune ) with it. Did you ever do this?
Thanks for watching and commenting. I am planning to to the tuner follow up video shortly to show the Smart or Auto tune with the new Bluetooth tuner. I may get to that this weekend so stay tuned into the channel. Thanks for your support and ride safe. 👍👊✌️
That is great news. I bought the tuner after watching your video and did the basic map with an air cleaner and slip-ons. Haven't been able to do the auto tune as I get some error messages. Look forward to your video on it.
Thank you.
@davidwuolle483 👍
I like my TAB 4.5s with Zombie baffles.

God video. Thanks. Did you loose any low end torque with the DBX4.5?
Thanks for watching and commenting. The bike performs very well with either the Tabs or the Rineharts. The bike does have a Stage 2 SE8 447 cam in it so the low end torque comes on hard starting around 2,500 rpms. If you are already a subscriber to the channel...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for your support and ride safe. 👊✌️👍
Very impressive it’s hard to beat Reinhart. They were my favorite, but tab has won me over.

Question: I see others saying they cannot hear their music with the zombie baffle, what are your thoughts and experiences on this?
Thanks for watching and commenting. I use a headset for music but I'd definitely say with Zombie baffle and stock infotainment set up it would be challenging to hear music. If you are already a subscriber to the channel...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for your support and ride safe. ✌️👊👍
Great work. Excellent series. Thx! Been looking for a header for new crate 135ci on '21 FLTRK. Leaning, Tab 2-1-2 header (#123-1202) & B.A.M. 2.5" Louvered Core Baffles (Medium) straight. Can you set me up with discount for post install review on 135?
Thanks for watching and commenting. Sounds like you will have an awesome set up. Unfortunately, I do not have any discount codes available for any Tab Performance products. New Subscriber here. Thanks for your video. Hard to determine between the TAB Medium & Reinhardt DBX. Looking for that deep low rumble...
Thanks again for your support. I look forward to seeing your comments on other and future videos. Ride safe and enjoy. ✌️👊👍
Great video. Definitely Zombie 💯🤙

Was waiting on cyber monday deals to order a set of rinehart dbx’s,but I’m digging the sound of the tabs with medium baffles, probably would have stayed with black tips, just my opinion 😀👍👍
Thanks Darrell. I'll see how I like the chrome tips. I may switch back to the black. 👊✌️👍
Those of you who are so proud of your DBX's need to watch the video titled "October 12, 2023- Milwaukee 8 Exhaust Tips and Tricks". It is from Matt Smith "Those Dyno Guys". Start at about 21:00 into it. You're welcome

New subscriber. The Rinehart doesn’t need a tuner. Does the Tab?
Thanks Harry for watching, commenting, and subscribing. If you are just putting the slip on onto the bike you don't need to tune the bike for any brand. Ride safe and enjoy. ✌️👊👍
Even the medium baffle sounds very loud when getting on it! Out of these three, I prefer the Tab Medium baffle! 👌But! I think the TAB quiet baffles might be the best 🤔

I like the ends of the exhaust pipes, something which will become impossible to do in France with in 2024 the technical inspection of motorcycles imposed by Europe which will limit noise to 80 decibels
Thanks for watching and commenting. I have heard that the regulations on sound in Europe is stringent. When I was in Switzerland I saw a bike with a Jekill&Hyde exhaust. Pretty cool invention to work around the sound regulations. 👊✌️👍
@@HDVIBE I fitted kesstech exhaust to get around this law 😉

I like the sound of the zombie baffle. But I do like the rhiehart. Cause it is more throaty sound. Meaning a deeper tone.

i have the khrome werks dominator system game over.
Thanks William for adding your experience. 👊✌️👍
@WilliamJohnson-gw2ux Are you running any baffle inserts in your KW system, or just the normal baffles?
I like the zombie baffles louder.

I mixed them, one zombie baffle, one medium baffle.
Thanks for watching and commenting. How did you mix them...Zombie on the right, medium on the left? Or the other way around. If you are already a subscriber to the channel...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for your support and ride safe. 👊✌️👍
Yes,zombie on the right.
@clintc8533 Thanks for sharing. Much appreciated. 👍
How do you like that combo? I did that on my Khrome Werks setup and was good but still looking for that bark tabs have
@thomascasey9263 Thomas thanks for watching and commenting. I have not tried mixing the baffles but I might at some point. The guys at Tab Performance did let me know customers are doing that to quiet down the Zombie baffles a bit. I ram the mediums for a while but recently changed back to the zombies. Hopefully the other viewer will respond as well. If you are already a subscriber to the channel...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. My dealer told me if I put on tab performance slip ons that it would void my warranty
I don't think that is the case. After the FTC case, about the only thing that will void your warranty is using a non EPA compliant tune on your bike. Thanks for watching and commenting. Excellent video! Being able to compare my top 3 choices made picking a winner much easier, thanx much. For me the DBX45s come out on top...I like the TABS but find that they have some more 'crack' that will draw negative unwanted LEOs attention.
Thanks for watching. Glad the video helped you with your decision. Ride safe and enjoy. 👊✌️👍
