Sorry, I have a question Teacher 🤔 about of comparative of equality, what is the difference between "as" and the preposition "like"?. Recuerdo que en la clase 5 de WH QUESTIONS usted explica que la preposición "like" no solo significa "gustar" sino que también significa "como", y estoy un poco confundida porque como uno de los significados de "as" es "como" para hacer una comparación de igualdad y como he visto oraciones con "like" que igual son para comparar pues me confundí un poquito, por ejemplo en esta oración ¿cuál es la correcta?: "I'm like my father" / "I'm as my father", otra duda que tengo es que si sí o sí debo de poner dos veces "as" (as-as) o puedo también hacer oraciones sin repetir "as", muchas gracias Teacher Gaby . 🙂

Respecto a las preguntas: As y Like efectivamente significan lo mismo. Los dos se pueden usar., Pero I Am Like My Father, es más común.
As sí, se puede usar solo. Do as I say. (Haz como te digo).
Se usa dos veces, sólo para comparativo de igualdad.

As far as I know to drive you need to have a driver license" usted me corrigió y es "As far as I know to be able to drive you need to have a driver's license", y es que yo no escribí la parte "to be able" y me gustaría saber si es necesario poner "to be able", y también otra duda que tengo es que si hay como tal una expresión en inglés para decir: no me "salió" bien..., yo escribí "turn out well" pero la palabra "turn out" como tal es "apagar" pero también otro significado que he visto de "turn out" es "resultar", entonces estoy un poco confundida 😵💫🤔, nuevamente le agradezco. ❤🙂
