He's playing the odds... that's why he needs more accounts. the online sites payout in set intervals to keep people coming back. if you never win why would you go back? they let you win just enough to keep you going back.
He has each account played TILL A PAYOUT... then banks and uses another account. plays till a payout... then uses another account. there al "professional" slot players who are do this same thing. they don't play slots, they play the payout cycle of the machines. they will watch people playing at machines and wait for someone to leave before a payout... then they just go play that machine because they know it's close to a payout.
This guy is doing the exact same thing with accounts... he can determine if an account is close to a payout or not by it's play history... he plays till the payout and dips. It has nothing to do with skill at gambling. he needs to crowd source accounts because the payout schedule is tied to the individual.
