Brilliant actor, so underrated. Alex Mahone brought depth to season 2 and 3 and in season 4 he and Michael were finally working together. I shipped them shamelessly :p
Just discovered Prison Break on Netflix and am binge watching. William Fichtner is amazing. I love how he develops the character and lets the audience in with his wide range of expression. I know Scofield is the protagonist, but he rarely changes his expression. It's easier to relate to Mahone, even as you both despise him and sympathize with him. Watching his desperation and total unravelling in season two was a work of art by Fichtner. I'd watch anything with him in it. He makes any scene he's in better.
Fichtner was definitely a really great actor in this. when Mahone was in that hell hole prison, whew, I can't describe what torture he was going thru. Fic did an excellent portrayal of this character. I can't stop telling of the talent this man has.
check out Drive Angry movie. some say the movie sux, but Fichtner steals the show. I've said before& I'll say again, there needs to be a sequel to it with The Accountant as main character.
I wish I had a definitive answer to how I found it; now it's driving me crazy because I can't seem to replicate whatever search terms led me here. All I know is that I probably went down a rabbit hole after googling something of the tune of "William Fichtner Fan Videos", and, voilà. Très bizarre. If I figure it out I will definitely let you know.

One of the best characters on a TV show. Ever. Such a complex a thought out character. Im surprised there is no one that did a very in depth analysis of the character cos Mahone is definitely one of if the not the most fascinating character in the entire show!

I think that after they added PB to disney+ it has second life so i watched it again (ngl more than 4 times). And again when it comes to the characters i remember that when i was a kid my fav were Scofield and Sucre but today when i understand more about world and people my new favs are Mahone and T-Bag. I assume some people might share my opinion
OH DEAR. You may have just destroyed me. Alexander Mahone is my favorite character not only in Prison Break, but in every other movie that involves FBI, government, guns, and escapees. Heck, he might be my favorite character of all time. Your video really brings him out as a person. I didnt expect this at all (esp since I never thought Crystallize would be a matching song to his personality) but you honestly nailed it. You showed his transcendence in 3D. I can honestly say love you.

He reminds me of Severus Snape and Alan Rickman, something in them that I love a lot while people tend to hate characters like them. I wish he could have more movies and appear more on screen. He is so underrated, feel sorry for an actor like him!

My fav character of the show. He's had so much development throughout the series. First you hate him in season 2 for how fucken brilliant he is and gives trouble to the protagonists, then before you know it he's become one of them. Not to mention his story is more tragic and he shows more emotion than Michael, who can be really cold and straightforward sometimes.
I'm YEARS too late but this video is the best. The music, the editing...it was all so perfect and an ama tribute to one of the best TV characters of all time. You somehow managed to include all my favorite Alex scenes - the escape from the car, him making amends with Linc, him scaring the living daylights out of Wheeler in the parking garage, THE ONE AND ONLY COIN SCENE THAT NEVER FAILS TO MAKE ME CRY 🥺.
