Leonardo needs to focus more on land armament anti armour and ofcourse the biggest weapons that will make a comeback is the rocket artillery guided and unguided, launched rockets of large calibre, Israel is already in the for front with the rampage missile, and towed howitzer artillery on the mid range in the 127mm range for use by land army forces that need something to compete with 122mm and 130mm soviet artillery shells and the D-30, loitering heavy munition will be a must like the ended Fire -Shadow that MBDA was developing and stoped for some stupid reasons, Oto Melara should make a 76mm rapid fire support howitzer for land use and bring the 60mm HVC jointly develop with IMI of Israel it was a great cannon and bigger cannons that can destroy armour and heavy structure are making a huge come back and Europe need is to develop a TBM tactical ballistic missile since WW 2 that only France have develop the short tactical range Pluton missile and the Hades that was never deployed, but Iran, Rússia, North Korea and China have all the most advanced TBM in the world Europe need a joint program for a tactical ballistic missile with a range of 800km and a 500km version with a 650kg to 1000kg warhead and supersonic dive speed with advanced fuze to detonate 20 meters before buried in the dirt and lose the majority of their explosive power so that Europe can have something that is better than what the enemy have like the Iskander TBM even South Korea have a TBM in the 500km range and will increase when they see that this treaties is only for the democracies who follow rules, but what i want to say is that Leonardo have to play a bigger role in land army weaponary or will never reach the giants in defence and will end up selling their thecnology like the Vulcano amunnition that BAE systems the British are marketing and full acess to that patent system that was a huge leap in artillery and Leonardo just give it away please is unbelievable its like the AW 249 for a company that want European projects and partners built a awesome helicopter and choose Americans engines and a outdated cannon that is not worthy of that machine Rheinmetal AG is making cannons in Italy why not use something really awesome like the RMK 30 CTA cannon or the Mauser MK-27mm cannon much better system and powerful, better in everything and is not in risk of being block by America, any FMS export Leonardo will have to ask uncle Sam for is head shake to sell but when competing with Americans in the same tenders forget about Leonardo will lose, and the new Aneto engine by Safran is right their so close and new thecnologies i dont understand in what Leonardo say about Europe projects! Thats the problem of this continente is hard to understand all those small countries who are really stupid and brain dead Im sorry but i dont have another word is just ridicolous will end up sold to Turkey or Indonésia, Brazil whatever, Italy have to wake up and Europe should wake for real , America dont buy European weapons have to be made in America and their favorite word is a fair plainfield unbelievable what a HiPOCRITS
