Overall though for these inshore fish I am using a bull bay banshee medium action, fast tip, 7' 6". 8lb braid with 20lb leader. 1/8oz jig head just tossing shrimp into holes at low tide.

I hope these aren’t paying customers on your boat. If their friends it’s all good but that looks super shitty to out fish your paying customers and not help them with the retrieve. Also yanking fish out the water by the line and complaining the fish broke your line/hook is on you my man. I’m not saying your not knowledgeable at all! You get fish in the boat but looking at a business aspect I wouldn’t pay to watch you catch fish.
