Mobile players benefits:- flicking / easy for movement, but small screen and causes problem eyesight
Ipad players benefit:- big screen / hard to do flicking / better aim / easy to wipe squads than phone player
Pc players:- Laggy / fps drops / very hard to do flicks / hard to do movements / not easy for squad wipe because when you face squad fps drops goes 120 - 70 sometimes 50 but benefits:- large screen and best aim

It’s possible, but you have to play atleast 8-12 hours daily to keep up with your skill. Stopping even for a day hurts your aim and flicking capabilities when you become so accurate.

Play a lot, you will naturally improve. Also try reducing your sensitivity to one that bests suits you. You can still master the sensitivity you have now but it's better you adjust it till you find the one you love. Just like you I started, like 7months ago!! But I am decent now. So I know how it feels. But if you want to get to his level you got to even spend your whole day gaming
How i improved: Use an SMG and AR combo in BR... choose the mods suitable for your playstyle... i prefer Vertical Recoil, Long Range and Extended Mag on ARs and Hipfire Mod, Long Range and Extended on SMGs... practice hipfire with SMGs and long range stability on ARs... Use an M4 loadout for the start in ARs category and maybe RUS or PPSH for SMGs

My best advice… try as much as possible to get more finger to do more controls
The more control you have over your controls, the better your movement becomes
Watch a lot of handcam videos too
This is a really big help
Don’t forget to find a suitable sensitivity too
If you’re new to shooting games I suggest to start with 3 fingers for now
