EASY RECIPE OF MAKROUTS WITH DATES EXTRA MELTING !! WITHOUT MOLD!

Easy recipe of Makrouts with dates and honey, Extra melting in the mouth and without mold.
For measurements, I used a 250 ml cup.
Ingredients
For the dough:
3 measurements of medium semolina
1/2 measure flour
1 scoop butter and oil mixture (50% and 50%)
1 scoop of water and orange blossom water mixture
1 tablespoon sugar
1 pinch of salt
For stuffing:
300 g date paste
3 tablespoons sesame
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons orange blossom water
Oil for frying and honey
