    I live in the US but come from Indonesia, and we ate a lot of peanuts like this too, but I never knew how it was made. Thank you! When I was small, there were people selling peanuts on the streets, and they wrapped them with paper like you did near the end. :) God bless!

    May I suggest - curry leaf will darken as it cools so make sure to take it off while still nice and bright green otherwise it will appear burnt and could have off taste. overall great technique from George David. I'm from Chennai and my mom used to make these and pack in our lunches for school. thx man

    • @sandysandeep7227
      @sandysandeep7227 8 лет назад +2

      They are called Curry Leaves. They are used widely in Indian spicy recipes. However, you can ignore if they are not available at your place. It doesn't give much flavor in this recipe, though. Btw, it has good health benefits.

    Can you not just buy these in a (boil in the bag thing), ? Don't you need a frying pan and a cooker, and oil, and lots off time?. What happens if I not like it..Do you think the man or woman down the shop, will let me return the cooker, oil, and frying pan if I not happy with my spicy roasted peanut dish,. I think not, I just stick to the old kp peanuts, I think, ..
