Hi, you need to spray your eyeshadow brushes or your finger tip with MAC Fix+ before tapping into the shimmer eyeshadows to get maximum color payoff. This is with all Viseart palettes.
I just ordered my first Viseart palettes (Chou Chou and Dark Edit) I really hope I like them and they don't get broken in the shipping process.
I hope they arrive safely! Let me know what you think of the Chou Chou palette - I'm still very tempted by it!
I like the looks you created I will definitely try to recreate them cause you’re absolutely right there I’m the same I purchased this palette a month ago and I was hesitating between this one and the Rose edit .. I think I should have bought the Rosé one .. I mean I love the colour story and how super natural it is but I think of all the palettes I own I have similar shades in my Too faced Natural love palette( which I never use ) 🤷🏻♀️ You’re also right about the fragility of the shimmery shadows they just felt very “dusty“ I was a bit disappointed I don’t know .. yes in Paris they hardly use any makeup I know that very well so it does make sense 🙈 I feel like all the colours look brown/grey on our brown eyes. But I still will use it while travelling. Maybe in my purse or something it’s always handy it’s very very small .. I didn’t expect that either l0l .. so yes, a little disappointment of mine as I could buy a Dominique cosmetics latte 2 palette instead or the Rose one but 🤷🏻♀️ it’s fine I guess. XX
Glad it wasn't just me! I thought maybe I was being too harsh. I wouldn't mind trying the Latte 2 palette. Nearly picked it up the other day, but I really gotta stop all this compulsive shopping! :D
Cats Wearing Makeup 0MG I know it’s not easy being home .. bored .. we just can’t help it but I’m happy that I’m limited and can’t afford anything atm but I enjoy watching others review products that we can’t test before buying. Yes, the Latte 2 does call my name the colour story is amazing I love the pop of colours in it something I would use for sure but I really have no idea about the quality I really wish we could test for ourselves in a store. And no you’re not being harsh at all this palette really is a disappointment and I wondered ( just like you ) if the bigger palettes were the same .. people did say the shimmers from Viseart are a Meehh I think it hasn’t changed over time.. sadly . I have this palette and I just cannot make it work for me. I love nuetrals and cool tones (mauves especially) but these colors or maybe it's the hues just are not flattering on me face. :(
