Kkkkkk too overpriced considering that the bedrooms are not even all en-suite. Being in the construction industry, It’s too basic honestly however good work Cape Valley. Got a chance to pass through when I was in Zim. It’s a nice project but not worth the price.
Not even Ruzevha only kkk. There’s a place called Penhalonga. It’s developing, has amazing views and the stands are fairly cheap now. US$200,000 you can buy a 3000sqm stand and build a massive house just under US$200K😄

I live here. I’m an architect n developer recently moved back from the west. Who’s gonna be able to afford these overpriced duplexes.
There are no mortgages in zim. Or jobs.
Concentrate on low income housing n clusters. This won’t have a happy ending.
