oh man those gutters are one heck of an eye sore, some gutter guards would be a huge benefit.
Great video. I need to determine the brand of shingles on my roof to transfer the warranty to me. I should get on my roof to check for some of the things you pointed out since I suspect the previous owner either installed it himself or hired the cheapest contractor.
Man he needs to invest in gutter guards also.

You know, an old man told me like about 12-13 years ago that all the instructions to shingle a roof are written on every bundle. It blew my mind at the time, lmao, been saying that to everyone ever since. You're the first person I've heard say it since then. Well anyway, hope they get some ventilation at least...
Don’t want to be that guy but homeowner needs to be vigilant about the leaves/gutters being full too. The best roofing job cannot consistently battle rotting leaves and full gutters
I'm guessing there's no chance the attic is conditioned?
How much mold is in the attic with no pipe vent. No pipe vent or roof vent you get a sauna
