Wind Seeker I went with this same one and not to mention the fact that it's just as good of quality as an OEM shifter at half the price and we lose NO floorboard space.
am i missing something, or does the heel shifter still cover up the end of the floorboard in both the before/after? you moved the floorboard away but the heel shifter still overs up the back part. so what's the point?
I was looking at that too.........The benefit of this extension isn't where the rubber part is, the benefit is that the chrome lever isn't up against the side of your boot.......look at the before and after pic.......the shifter lever is on top of the board at first, then after its at the very edge of the board.
@@ClockFixer u loose space with this.there is a gap that this one as the original heel indian shifter.your foot will be at the edge of the floor board is the width not the length mention ..kuryakin it goes under the floor board
Thanks. Yours was the first one that showed how to remove the floorboard and install the heel shifter.
Moving the floorboard away from the bike lessens the lean angle.... Mr. ThunderWorks.... 🤔
I think the bike is designed to go in a straight line
This is almost as stupid as the Ninja front sprocket and the dual air filter kit (lift the tank?)...
I just got the heel shifter for my Vintage, getting this kit would be a total waste of money.
I don't want you to waste your money. However, this solves a problem and we have many customers using this and no returns or complaints.
Kuryakyn heel shifter is a lot better, because you don't lose any floorboard space.
