Such intelligent animals. It reminds me of one canadian dog breeder had a shock of their life. A couple days after puppies were born, those two parents ran off and weren’t seen. So they had like a couple helicopters, a huge team of searchers. No luck, it was freezing temperatures, -double digits and it was during a snowy day when they were missing. A week later both dogs came to the door and wow that was so relieving

My German Shepherd would often make plans and jump over hurdles and fences to go exploring, we would spend hours looking for her and she would arrive home on her own a short time later. My Cane Corso and Am Bully just the opposite never wanted to leave the front yard

My Aunty lives out on a 300 acre farm and someone they knew wanted their dog to use to herd sheep on their farm which was a 30 minute drive away for a couple of days well they took the dog jack there and he escaped and decided to walk back to my auntys farm! Keep in mind he had never been off the farm in his life! We have no idea how he managed to find his way back😂 it amazes us everytime we talk about it
Lots of these stories going around. Kind of, one was on a frozen lake and an Alabama dog was kidnapped and found in Arizona. Sounds like the ex did it.
