These videos are hysterical to anyone who knows this area. It’s all the rage to build these open air homes but if you actually know anyone who lives in one they will tell you its like owning a convertible. The thrill of top down driving passes as it’s not practical. It gets very hot in SoCal and even chilly other months. The living life with my living room open to the world might be fun if it were not for the fact that the outside is why we build homes to shelter us in the first place. Very few people want to sit in a multimillion dollar home that is open to dirt, dust and heat of SoCal for any period of time. As I stated its funny for those of us who know this trend as its amusing for a few days after which most people keep the glass enclosure closed. Think about your high end furniture and decor exposed to the outdoors for long periods of time. Most people simple opt to use a door and keep their inside clean and cool and go outside when they want. Its takes an hour to cool down a large modern home in the CA summer. It means that you have decided that you your entire home is now 90 degrees until you shut these giant glass enclosures. Sorry but 72 and perfect is not the norm here! It’s a trend and not a practical one!

Wrong as people who spend 70 million on a home did not become rich by buying a new home that they need a redo from the start. No instead they buy the home that does not have this issue.

But the 70m price was extremely high. That house is valued 54m today. And it was bought 6 years ago so it should be more then what he paid, but this was when houses weren't being built like this in LA. Now, they all develop houses like this and you can bargain hella. Many listings that go for 50m for example are sold for 25m. That one house that was for sale for 250m sold for 94m. Travis scotts house was 40m and he paid like 23m, the dude who bought this house was that minecraft dude, he didn't give a fuck he just balled out. But for 70m, I would expect WAY more. TBH Travis Scott's house for 23m house is nicer then this but I mean the area and land plays a huge part in how much it's worth.

In the system in every thing I do and have great pride for it and not depending on other people identity but my own that which grant me what I want. So which right now I am trying to regain everything I wasted from being with my son father and who also haven't returned me my property items he also have. I'm not 65and older so I'm not a retired pensioners. I'm a former retail worker with union and retirement plan and vacation and holiday and sick leave pay and full package offers. But I had to request personal leave to handle personal issues. In order to do that I had to be put as being fired from work. And since I have union being fired have no affect on me. I'm just not using my 3rd time going back because I am dealing with freaks being a problem to my family. But once I am back in the future. I will be able to afford this home for my son.probably as a vacation home.

I got this house. Now I find myself just bumming around naked, eating boxes of pizza, chips, candies. They are lying everywhere all over the floor and sofas. Beer cans cover the rooms. I got so lazy and play video games all day. Then got tired of that and just bum out. I had to put insect traps all over. 1 time there was a roach on the wall over the stove. I hit it with a spatula while I was cooking eggs. I just continued using the spatula with the eggs with the roach on it. Chill life is boring. You do not want this.
