    Not A past hurts, MANY hurts, historical, recent and current. My Lord only knows how commendable it is for me to still be existing and trying.
    I need justice.

      Definetly, letting go of past hurts means dealing with the anger and rage that comes up first, which is an important step towards finding peace. It might feel tough at first, but it's necessary to make room for healing and inner calmness. Stay strong ❤️

      I have been doing a lot of self-healing the last six months. I noticed I had a lot of anger and rage come up in the beginning of my journey as well and it scared me. I was always taught to bury my feelings and not cry so I had 30 years of feelings buried inside. When I felt the rage trying to come up I worried i wasn’t doing it right and I was afraid of my own rage. I didn’t know what would happen if I let myself go there. I was afraid it was just making things worse instead of helping me through my healing journey. But what I found was when I finally allowed myself to feel the anger and rage inside that came up during mediation and just feel and cry it out, those heavy emotions eventually were released from my body. Just know that you are not doing it wrong. Just do what feels right for you and your body and try to let yourself feel those really uncomfortable emotions. I promise you there is a light at the end of that tunnel. ✨

      It’s very hard to let go and forgive, I fully understand you. Give yourself the permission to let go when it is time. Don’t put a time limit on this. Healing is entirely without a time restriction. Take it one day at a time. Sending you much strength 🙏
