One of the things Blizzard does right, making colorful and likeable characters. These interactions never fail to entertain me, and Juno's interactions are a perfect example, so adorably curious and positive that you cannot help but love her.

Both of them have access to tech which seem like they’d be really helpful for her home colony (ie the entire reason she’s on earth in the first place), and both are part of groups who might be both willing and able to help. The Collective because they seem like the kind of people who’d genuinely want to save Earth’s first off world colony along with all the people there, and Viskhar for kinda the same reason, admittedly they’d probably want some assurance that if nothing else the colony, everything and everyone in it, and any research they preform would become partially owned by the Corporation, even without that the PR boost would be attractive.
